GraceLab’s services are entirely virtual and customized to each participant’s training plan. Since all sessions involve real-time instruction and personalized digital engagement, refunds are granted only under clearly defined conditions that ensure fairness for both participants and instructors.
Refund eligibility applies only when a scheduled session or recorded class cannot be delivered due to a verified technical or operational issue originating from GraceLab’s system. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued after review. Requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) business days of the missed or incomplete session, including relevant documentation or screenshots.
Once a live session has taken place or a pre-recorded program has been accessed, refunds cannot be issued. However, flexibility is central to the GraceLab experience. Participants may request rescheduling for any eligible class, or replacement with an equivalent session of the same category, without additional cost.
In cases of ongoing technical disruptions or instructor unavailability, the administrative team provides full support — offering rescheduling, credits, or refunds based on the student’s preference. The process is handled with transparency, respect, and the shared understanding that artistic learning depends on mutual commitment.
All financial transactions and refund communications occur through secure digital channels. GraceLab’s approach to service integrity ensures every dancer, regardless of location, receives consistent quality, accountability, and support throughout their virtual learning journey.
